NFL Play 60 at the YET

About the Initiative

In October of 2007, the NFL launched NFL Play 60, a national youth health and fitness campaign focused on increasing the wellness of young fans by encouraging them to be active for at least 60 minutes a day.

During YET programs, youth participate in this initiative- playing games and sports, having fun, tracking progress, gaining new skills, earning prizes, and becoming healthier each day!

The NFL, Dallas Cowboys, and the North Texas Youth Education Town are committed to "Play 60" for an active and healthier generation to come.

Here you'll find newsletters about our YET participants' involvement in Play 60 activities. We want you to join us - become more active and play (at least) 60!
